The Hon. John Price (AM)

The Hon. John Price AM worked as an Engineer and in Management in the shipbuilding industry until 1984.  He was then elected to the NSW Legislative Assembly, firstly as the Member for Waratah, and later the Member for Maitland, retiring in 2007 as Deputy Speaker.  He remains very active as a Company Director and in a variety of Community Organisations including the Council of the University of Newcastle and the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle.
